The contract is formed through the online submission of a game and confirmation by Royal Grading. By submitting, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices for our services are listed on the website. Payment is required before the grading process begins. Royal Grading reserves the right to change prices.

5. Shipping and Returns

The customer is responsible for the safe shipment of games to Royal Grading. Royal Grading sends graded games back insured. The risk during transport lies with the respective sender.

6. Liability

Royal Grading is only liable for damages attributable to gross negligence or intent. Liability is limited to the value of the submitted game.

7. Data Protection

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
