We are a team of passionate collectors who wanted to build a grading service that puts transparency, fair pricing, and genuine care for the hobby first. We are just getting started, and we are committed to earning your trust with every single submission.

Honest answer: trust is earned, and we know that. That is exactly why we focus on full transparency throughout our process. Every graded game gets a verifiable certificate, our grading criteria are openly documented, and we personally handle each submission with the same care we would give our own collection. We are building this step by step and are happy to answer any questions before you submit.

Our grading process involves four steps: First, submit your game online with photos. Second, ship your game to us securely. Third, our grading team authenticates and evaluates your game. Finally, you receive your professionally graded and encapsulated game with a certificate of authenticity that can be verified online.

We use a grading scale that evaluates multiple factors including box condition, manual condition, cartridge/disc condition, label quality, and overall authenticity. Higher grades represent better condition. Each graded game comes with sub-grades so you can see exactly how each component was assessed.

Standard grading typically takes around 30 days from the time we receive your game. We also offer an Express option with a turnaround of about 14 days. You can track your order status online at any time, so you always know where your game is in the process.

We take shipping seriously. We recommend insured shipping when sending games to us, and we return all graded games with careful packaging. If you have a particularly valuable item, feel free to reach out to us beforehand so we can coordinate the best shipping solution together.

Yes. Every certificate has a unique number that can be verified on our website. Enter the certificate number on our verification page to confirm the grade and view the full grading details. This works for anyone -- buyers, sellers, or anyone who wants to check a Royal Grading certificate.

We grade video games across all major platforms including Nintendo (NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Switch), PlayStation (1-5), Xbox (Original, 360, One, Series), Sega, Atari, and more. We accept sealed, new-in-box, and complete-in-box (CIB) games.

Standard grading starts at 69 EUR per game, and Express service is available at 89 EUR. We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing without hidden fees. Check the Submit page for current pricing details.

We understand that grades can be subjective. If you have concerns, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your graded game. We will review the grading and provide a detailed explanation. We are always open to a conversation -- getting it right matters more to us than being right.

Yes, you can. Opening a graded case voids the original certification, but you are welcome to resubmit the game for a fresh evaluation. A new grading fee will apply.
