Get Your Game Graded

Getting your game graded is straightforward: create an account, submit your game details with photos, ship it securely, and wait for the results.

Preparing Your Submission

Start by taking clear, well-lit photos of your game from multiple angles. Capture the front and back of the box, spine, any seals, the cartridge or disc, and the manual. These photos help the grading team prepare for your submission and serve as a reference point. Make note of any known flaws or unique characteristics that you want the graders to be aware of.

The Online Submission Process

Create an account on the grading service platform and fill out the submission form. You will need to provide the game title, platform, condition type (sealed, new in box, or complete in box), your desired service level, and upload your photos. Review your submission carefully before confirming. Once submitted, you will receive shipping instructions.

Secure Shipping

Proper packaging is critical to protecting your game during transit. Wrap the game in a protective sleeve or bag, then cushion it with bubble wrap. Use a rigid shipping box that prevents movement during transport. Consider adding insurance for valuable items. Follow any specific shipping instructions provided by the grading service to ensure smooth processing upon arrival.

Tracking and Results

After your game arrives at the grading facility, you can track its progress through each stage of the process. Once grading is complete, you will be notified with the results, including the overall grade and any sub-grades for individual components. Your graded game will then be securely packaged and shipped back to you.
